The rules for using FlyHUB.
Last updated:
By using flyhub.io (“FlyHUB”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use FlyHUB. FlyHUB is run by Bruno Gomes Correia, in Chile (“we”).
You must be at least 18 years old. If you use FlyHUB on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
When accounts open, you sign in with a Google or Apple account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@flyhub.io if you think someone else is using it.
You own your logbook, photos, videos and everything else you add (“your content”). You give FlyHUB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and display your content only to run and improve the service — for example to make display copies, read GPS telemetry for a Flight Track, write an AI Analysis you ask for, and show your content as your settings allow.
The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that expire shortly after. Your photos and videos stay in your own storage, such as Google Drive; FlyHUB never deletes them there.
Only add content you have the right to share. When you name buddies or publish photos and videos of other people, make sure they are fine with it. We may remove content when someone reasonably asks us to.
Don’t:
Skydiving is dangerous. AI Analysis debriefs, Flight Track data and everything else on FlyHUB are for information only: they may be incomplete or wrong — GPS and AI both make mistakes — and they are no substitute for training from qualified instructors and coaches, your dropzone’s rules or your national association’s requirements. Never base a safety decision on FlyHUB.
FlyHUB helps you keep your logbook, but you are responsible for its accuracy and for meeting your national association’s logging and signature requirements (such as USPA SIM 3-1). Whether an association accepts a FlyHUB logbook is up to that association.
FlyHUB is at an early stage. Features may change, be in beta or be discontinued, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Before removing a feature you depend on, we will give reasonable notice and help you export your data.
FlyHUB is free today. Some features, such as AI Analysis, may get monthly limits or become paid; we will show the price and terms before you pay for anything.
You can stop using FlyHUB and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after warning you when that is reasonable.
FlyHUB is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of data you didn’t keep elsewhere, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes go to the courts of Santiago, Chile, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell signed-in users about important changes before they apply; using FlyHUB after that means you accept the new terms.
